~Animating programs?~

Whatever, OHAI! It's Moonflame, And I've been wanting to start animating on my youtube channel! (It's Moonflame LC btw) So I was wondering what are some good, virus-free animating programs that are cheap? I know that will be hard to find, but it's worth a shot! I've been considering getting Toon Boom studio, but thats quite expensive, so thanks anyway!

I would like to know as well. Sense Sketch star was closed, I've had no where to animate :(

are you looking for something the operates like adobe flash?
something 3D?
or something where you have to draw each frame 1 at a time?

for 2D animations, possibly drawing each frame, that would take forever xD Possibly something smilier to adobe flash professional CC? But a bit cheaper though IF, thats possible

adobe flash isnt actually used a lot for 1 frame at a time animations
flash is used by the user making a "puppet" and tweaking them to the extremes, allowing the program to fill in the remaining frames
making the puppet rigs takes a lot of time, but once you have a good, solid puppet, you can make like a 5 minute high-quality animation in like half an hour
