I agree, we should probably know for a few days in advance. But I think only Roseh was on when you suggested it and some people don't read the archives

I came on after you suggested it, because I read it in the archives, so did Comet, Jules, Misty and Whiteh, right? I dunno xD If that's true, I guess they just didn't think it would be so soon

Also, because different time zones, what if someone starts posting at 12 AM their time and it's 11 PM for someone else? Does it count?

Yes, because you could be posting from a time zone an hour behind EDT at 12:00am EDT (11:00PM your time) and it'd count.
