Pokémon—Fugitives

A lot of Pokémon have been willing to be caught, jumping out in the tall grass openly for Trainers to catch. Sometimes, they are bold, daring Pokémon. They may be timid and looking for a chance to show courage. Other times, they are out searching for adventure.
But there are always those who refuse to show themselves—not in grass, not in caves, not in water, not anywhere. Call them rebels, call them cowards, call them whatever you like. They're just running from trainers they don't want to be bothered by. I suppose you could call them fugitives.

Notes about the RP
This RP takes place on a faraway, unnamed island. No humans have ever discovered it; it is only found by the Legendaries who have lived on the island all their lives and the Pokémon who wish to no longer be bothered by trainers. They are immediately transported to the lone island upon wishing so. It is said that there is a Jirachi that never falls asleep who lives there, granting the wishes of all of the irritated Pokémon, although it can't be confirmed; none of the non-Legendary Pokémon there have ever seen it… besides, why would a Jirachi grant such selfish wishes, anyway?
Also, the island is divided into three sections. The west coast is a huge, thick forest, and the east coast is a vast beach; hot and sandy, but water is always nearby. In the middle is a tall, steep mountain. The Legendaries all gather at the summit when they sense that a meeting should be held. They are the only ones who have ever been to the top, and nobody else knows what is up there, though many Pokémon live on the mountain. The region that the Pokémon lives in is determined by its primary type—for example, Mawile, being Steel/Fairy, would only count towards Steel. Dual-type Legendaries are an exception—they can be in either of their types' regions. On the west coast, Grass, Bug, Fairy, Fire, Normal, and Flying-types live, on the east coast, there are Water, Ice, Ghost, Dark, Poison, and Psychic-types, and the mountain is where Steel, Fighting, Ground, Rock, Electric, and Dragon-types reside. If the primary type changes, [Eevee evolving, Azurill evolving, Swablu evolving, Kecleon or Arceus changing types, etc.] they stay where they were originally located.

Rules
1. This is a Pokémon-only RP. You may not make human characters unless I say otherwise.
2. You can have Legendaries, but the limit is one Legendary per person. [With the exception of me. I know it looks like I have one now, but I have another I'm saving. o3o] Also, don't take a Legendary someone already has. Even if you want an Altered Forme Giratina when someone already has an Origin Forme Giratina, it counts and you may not have either Forme. [I do consider Phione Legendary and I do not consider Rotom, Unown, Lucario, etc. or pseudo-legendaries to be Legendary.] [Please don't take Jirachi; saving it for plot purposes. owo]
3. You may also have Shinies, but again, only one, and not of the same Pokémon—if someone else has a Shiny A Form Unown, you can't have a Shiny Z Form Unown. Also, you may not have Shiny Legendaries.
4. Please post something more creative than "Treecko frowned." or "'Hi,' said Rapidash."—those are great ways to kill an RP and someone who is trying to write longer replies may be offended. Be as creative as you can~!
5. Despite these Pokémon not being owned by trainers, they can have nicknames.
6. The normal battling rules apply to this RP.
7. You must use the form provided on this post. Any other form won't be accepted.
8. Limit 2 love triangles/squares/decagons/whatever in the entirety of the RP. Love triangles are kinda overused. xD
9. You cannot have a fanmade Pokémon.
10. All ETF and RP rules apply to this RP.

Personality: Fun and playful, has trust issues, but is very sweet to the friends she trusts.
History: In the Johto region, on Route 29, she was caught by a Trainer (If we're being specific with levels, at level 2). She had become good friends with the Trainer. But as she and her teammates were training, she was K.O'd by a Pidgey. A while after the incident, she was released into the wild. She went back to Route 29, where she knew the Trainer liked to go. She appeared to the Trainer twice, hoping she'd be taken back. Her Trainer simply turned away from her. Twinkie decided she was too weak for the Trainer, so she leveled up to 3. She went to the Trainer again, and was ignored again. Her heart was broken by this betrayal. She retreated to the island, never wanting to see her former Trainer, or any other human, ever again.

History: After getting lost and failing to find his original trainer, he feared that someone else would catch him. He wished to not have to worry about that and was transported to the island.

Vulpix laughed as she chased Caterpie through the forest. "Come back here!" she said.
"You'll have to catch me." Caterpie laughed.

Celebi was flying around when she saw Vulpix and Caterpie. As she watched them playing she called out "Hello!"

Mokura crawled through the forest timidly—suddenly, he looked up to see a Celebi. It's a Legendary! Shock and excitement poured through him, and he scurried over to where the Celebi was.

Celebi saw Mokura coming and brightened up "Hello there" she said

"Hi!" Caterpie said.

"Gotcha!" Vulpix shouted triumphantly as she pounced on Caterpie. "Oh, who's that?" She looked and saw Celebi and Mokura.

It said hello to me! Mokura's face brightened. "Hello…!" he managed, calling out to the Celebi. "I'm Mokura!" He barely noticed the Caterpie and Vulpix next to him.

" I don't come out much really, I spend a lot of time flying" Celebi said

Celebi flapped her wings at Vulpix and Caterpie for she was very happy to meet everyone

"You're a Legendary…" Mokura breathed, unable to recover from the shock. "… I've never seen a Legendary."

Celebi blushed in embarrassment "Yeah there's nothing to special about legendarys really"

"But… you can time travel! You're the guardian and protector of this whole entire forest! Of course you're special!" Mokura started having a bit of a flipout.

"Well if you put it that way...." Celebi blushed some more "Well anyway I don't get out much and I was wondering if you would like to be friends?"

Mokura's eyes widened. "Really? That would be absolutely fantastic!" He waved his little Wurmple arms and legs in the air.

Celebi smiled "Great!" Celebi said with cheer

All of a sudden, Mokura noticed the Caterpie and Vulpix. "Oh… hello," he greeted shyly.
