"I guess it varies, really," Robin tried to explain to the best of his ability, now returning with a pan full of dirt. "It often depends on what both people can relate to. People often enjoy talking about current events, or hobbies and pastimes that they enjoy. Things like that."

Now Link looked like a rabbit faced with a griffon. He looked around with his mouth open a little. Every so often he would glance at Robin hopefully. He searched for words for several minutes, but nothing came. Only a slow buildup of panic.

Robin poured the dirt he had collected on the fire, putting it out, and rendering the area almost completely dark. The only light there was, which was very little, came from the moon, shining overhead.
Just then, Robin realized that Link had abruptly stopped responding to him. When he turned to look in his direction, he noticed his seemingly-stressed expression, which caused him to worry a little. "... Link?" he asked quietly, sitting on a nearby stump. "Is everything okay...?"

Link took a deep breath, fiddling with his Ocarina.

....Tell me about your dead parents. Or other past trauma. Or what you know about the Chaos Kin. Just talk for a long time. Or not. It's up to you, really....this is harder than I thought it would be.

"My... what...?" Robin had no idea what to say. "I'm sorry, really, but... I'm afraid I can't tell you about any of those things," he admitted, sounding genuinely sorry. Whether he didn't want to, or he literally couldn't speak of his past for some reason or another was unclear. However, his tone of voice made one thing quite clear; this was becoming quite difficult for him. "Again... I'm sorry," he repeated in a very low voice.

Link relaxed a little.

He held up his Ocarina to Robin. The last thing he said was a little more difficult to make out, but it was there.

"Huh...?"
Robin, who had been staring off in the distance by now, turned his head to look at Link's Ocarina. "You'd like to play some music...?" he asked. "No need to ask my permission; if you want to, go right ahead. I wouldn't stop you. Just try to keep it down, as not to wake anybody up," he told him, glancing at the rest of the party, most of which was fast asleep. Actually, seeing them caused him to feel a little sleepy, himself, which led to him letting out a yawn.

Link smiled a little. Then he laid back in the grass, made himself comfortable, and played his Ocarina quietly, preforming a medley of whatever song would come into his mind. He played it until he fell asleep.

Robin turned his attention back to watching out for danger. However, by now, he found himself growing sleepier with every passing moment. The relaxing sound of the Ocarina only added to this. Soon, he could hardly keep his eyes open. Finally unable to stay awake any longer, he moved onto the ground, lied down, got comfortable, and dozed off.

Hearing the sound of Link's Ocarina gradually caused Lucina's drowsiness to increase, and before long, she let herself slide onto the ground, gently resting her head upon the log she had previously used as a seat as she finally dozed off.

(Alright; I'll be timeskipping to the next morning now. :3)

After a restful night, the sun began to rise once more.
Robin was among the first to rise. As a beam of sunlight splashed across his face, it caused his eyes to flutter open. With a peaceful sigh, he stretched, then sat up.
Cookie was still fast asleep, curled up in the shadow of a fallen log.
Haku wasn't awake yet, either, nor would she be for a while.

Bullet woke up at about sunrise. He very quickly made more pancakes (two each, but smaller this time) and placed plates by each sleeping ally. When he noticed Robin was up, he silently nodded to him, with a smile.
He then sat down with his own plate, and began happily munching. Though he wasn't exactly hungry yet. He loved waking up early. It was time just for him to... Think.

Lucina was another of the earliest to rise, gradually waking up to the sound of nearby birdsong and the feeling of warm sunlight on her face. Quickly, she caught a sweet, familiar scent, causing her to sit upright with a small stretch. Slowly looking to her side, she noticed a plate of two pancakes sitting next to her. "Mm...? When did these arrive?" she murmured quietly, glancing around the clearing.

Pit currently remained fast asleep, wings still curled neatly around his arms.

Nagisa, too, was still sleeping peacefully, showing no signs of waking up just yet.

Bullet was happily eating, until he heard Lucina stretch. He put his fork on his plate, and looked over at her "Hello." He whispered, giving her a warm smile. This was Lucina and Robin's first night with the group.

Robin nodded back at Bullet, and when he noticed the plate of pancakes that was given to him, a smile came to his face. "Thanks," he whispered, taking his plate and going to sit on a log to eat.

The smell of pancakes soon caused Cookie to awaken, too. "Mmm..." Yawning, she instantly sat up and stared at the plate beside her. "Hey there, breakfast...!" she "greeted" jokingly, taking her plate and digging in right where she sat.

Bullet continued slowly munching, smiling as his friends happily ate the breakfast he had prepared.

Realizing that it was Bullet who had made these pancakes, Lucina turned her attention to her new ally, nodding her head slightly. "Thank you," she spoke in a hushed-tone, smiling, then proceeded to start eating the sweet breakfast.

"Your welcome." He responded softly "You know, I like early mornings. They're so quiet. I can get a little thinking done" He chuckled softly, then looked at her.

Robin, still eating his pancakes, noticed Lucina and Bullet beginning to speak with one another. We sure are making a lot of friends here, he commented in his mind, sort of observing from a distance. That's good; for one thing, the closer we all are, the more effectively we can all work together.

"They are quite pleasant, aren't they...?" Lucina agreed somewhat quietly between bites of her first pancake, returning Bullet's gaze as she spoke to him.

He turned his gaze back towards the rising sun. Just started to show brands of yellow between the trees. "Hey Lucina? How'd you get that mark in your eye? If you don't mind my asking."

"Oh...?" Lucina started in reply to Bullet's question, realizing what he must be referring to. "I was born with this mark," she continued to explain. "It has been passed down through my family for some time; many before me have had marks much like it."

Bullet looked at her his eyebrows raised in interest. "Really? That's really cool." He smiled. Flint murmured softly from where he lay on the ground between Bullet and Lucina Bullet looked down, and smiled. "That boy is really special you know. Actually, more special then I think he even knows."

Listening as Bullet began to mention his son, Lucina gazed at the currently-sleeping Flint for a moment. "Is that so...?" she asked softly, a subtle-yet-detectable expression of curiosity appearing on her face.

Bullet smiled. "Yep. You can't see it under his armor, but his chest has extra long fur. It's a special mark among Kattaca. The mark... Of the King."

He looked at her. "You see, Scope was the princess of my world once. Though she never got to actually rule it back then." He looked back at the sky once more. "Even so, she still had the most beautiful wings. They've changed allot now." He looked kinda sorrowful, and moved his gaze to the ground.
