Ban the Person Above You

Rules (as written on CS with some edits):
{1} No advertising.
{2} Follow all original ETF rules.
{3} Do not ban someone for being a "hypocrite." Just because
they ban you for something doesn't mean they don't like it.
{4} No conversations.
{5} Ban the person ABOVE you, not whoever you choose.
This rule includes banning yourself along with other people.
Banning for "I like this" or "I like that" has nothing to do with the
person above you.
{6} Do not ban someone for banning on this thread; it takes
away from the fun of the game.
{7} Don't post too much on one page. People can have a very
hard time trying to post when things move too fast here.
