Maaannn I don't know! I'm going to say nuclear though because if your careful the danger generally ends after the initial thing... Zombies you'll have to fight and live with the rest of your life, and the life of all who succeed you.

(I've thought about it recently, and come to the conclusion it'd become a culture thing, like, a ritual part of funerals, damaging or removing the brain to keep the person from 'turning' if they ever got the main zombies under control)

walk in the freezing cold. if it's not overly icy, I love walking xD I don't have great stamina for running though
