Dislike. I can appreciate a comedy that dives into serious themes but Bojack is super pretentious and self-important imo. I don't want to be preached to. It thinks it's a lot more clever than it actually is. Highlight was obviously Vincent Adultman tho

I get that this is super weird but I disliked it as a kid for the same reason I dislike Bojack today: it came across as preachy. Even at 4 years old I felt like I was getting disciplined by a parent whenever I watched it. I guess I'm glad that a little kid/baby show is tackling heavier themes, but sometimes subtlety is key. It feels like animated Full House with how hard the lesson is crammed down your throat; like it's emotional manipulation. This isn't me reflecting on it either; I just always felt this way.

cyberchase slapped!!!!! oh man i used to watch it all the time when i got sick in like 3rd grade… getting huge nostalgia just thinking about that and all the tortillas i ate and all the time i spent on the check mii out channel… amazing

It came out when I was a little old for it but I have vague memories of thinking it was fun! I have this super specific memory of an episode where they went to the dentist and said that the inside of a dog's mouth was cleaner than a human's.
