WolfClan Book 1: Rise of SnakeClan

Cheetahpaw didn't know what could possibly be so important. I'm dying! She's supposed to help me!

"Well where's she going now, after doing barely anything?" Sharppaw said, annoyed. "I'll be right back, Cheetahpaw." He raced into Shadowstar's den after Meadowdawn.

Cheetahpaw gave a small, weak nod, unable to make any noise escape her mouth.

Meadowdawn smiled weakly, and looked up to see Sharppaw. "H-h-how...uh...Shadow...star...?"

Shadowstar looked at Sharppaw. "We're busy, go away."

"Busy with what, dare I ask?" Sharppaw rolled his eyes.

"Meadowdawn's having my kits!" he growled. "If you tell anyone I will banish you."

Sharppaw couldn't believe it. THIS was why she couldn't heal Cheetahpaw? Sharppaw glared at Meadowdawn. "WHAT!? So you'd rather break the warrior code instead of doing your work?! Well if you were too busy to know, thanks to you, goofing off like this, Cheetahpaw is dying as we speak, and that means you killed her, and I love her, and you're the worst medicine cat ever!!!"

Shadowstar growled and clawed at Sharppaw's face. "Leave her alone."

"Oh, and now you? I can't believe this! Both of you deserve to die!" Sharppaw raced back into the medicine cat den. 

{How about Sharp and Cheetah both join the "bad" guys? >:3}

Shadowdragon growled at him. "Your banished!"

Lilyfrost was in the nursery, her tail wrapped closely around her three new kits as they slept. She looked at them and smiled, wondering when Shadowdragon would visit them again.

Shadowdragon padded in and looked at their kits. He purred.

"Hi Shadowdragon, good to see you! They're still asleep." she purred. "I still can't believe how beautiful they are... and with these amazing colors." Lilyfrost meowed breathlessly.

"I know." he purred. "What should we name them?"

"Let's use the ideas we came up with earlier." she said with a purr. "This one can be Lilykit." she meowed, pointing at the blue she-kit with a purple tail and pink and green spots. Then she pointed at the light blue tom with a blue tail and green and red spots. "His name is Shadekit. And the little pink she-kit is Cometkit." Lilyfrost finished, smiling blissfully.

"Great!" purred Shadowdragon.

Meadowdawn whispered hoarsely, "Listen, Sharppaw...I'm sorry. I'm sorry about not being there for Cheetahpaw. Just...forgive me."
Snowleaf growled, and glared at the kits. OUR kits will be much more beautiful...

Shadowdragon smiled at her

"Yes. And soon they'll open their eyes and be wanting to explore. They're gonna cause so much trouble when they get bigger." she purred, laughing. "Speaking of trouble, what's been going on out there in the clearing? I've been hearing so much shouting..."

Snowleaf smiled back. She was making sure no one could see Meadowdawn, but, then, she saw Shadowdragon in the nursery, and she ran towards him, leaving the medicine cat out in the open.

"Snowleaf gave birth..... to my kits." he said

Snowlead growled as she entered the nursery. "What's going on?"

"I'm just visiting the kits." he growled.

Lilyfrost could hardly believe what she heard, and started totally freaking out. "WHAT?!! How could you?! I thought you loved me! I had no idea she was even pregnant! I guess there's no telling how many other she-cats you could be secretly a mate to at this very moment! Ugh, I can't even look at you."
