He turned, and looked up. "Oh, dear Pawstep. What do you call yourself?" He asked. Tilting his head. "A traitor? Maybe, the only LOYAL one?

(Another fast-forward)

FirePack immediately began following Ash's orders. Copper was filled with thrill. He leaped down into the battlefield and saw a dark brown tabby with a bright belly. He smelled of NightPack ULTRA, so Copper targetted him, not knowing what he had done.

Fracture easily dodged, then slashed deep into Copper's side. He didn't give Copper a second glance before moving onto his next opponent. He leaped at Leopardspot who braced herself for an attack, but then suddenly Patchfur knocked her out of the way, taking the attack himself.

Elsewhere on the battlefield, a tear fell from Tangledheart's eye. "Flash...Paw?!" She gasped. No, the gold tuxedo tom snarled, slightly. "It's Flashstrike, now." "Flashstrike... How are you here?! I thought you died!" "Yes, Riverstar killed me. Kind of... She killed my holgram. I, myself, was safe at camp. Recovering from training wounds." He crouched. "But, I'm raring to go! Let's see how you've grown, SISTER!"

Wingbeat headed into battle, silently and swiftly following Diamond. She was quickly swept off by a random Night Pack Ultra member. Realizing what happened, she ducked and dodged under legs and through claws trying to find another FirePack member to latch onto and battle with.

Suddenly Stoneleap (Having been knocked away by his opponent) landed next to Wingbeat. He got to his paws, and arched his back, then calmed himself... His opponent had retreated. He turned to Wingbeat. Panting, he said "Do you need help? This is your first battle, after all."

Thunder crashed overhead, and rain suddenly started to pour. All of the cats and foxes involved were soaked in seconds. Riverstar looked to the sky. She saw a flash of lightning not to far off. "This is dangerous." she thought to herself. "The trees here grow tall." She flattened her ears at the sudden ear-drum bursting sound of the thunder that followed the lightning she had just witnessed. "We need to move the battlefield." She decided. She ran through the crowd, scanning for Stoneleap. Once she found him, she said. "try and lure Night Pack Ultra away from here. It's too dangerous!" He nodded, and rushed off to try and inform the others.


Riverstar saw another flash of lightning out of the corner of her eye. Then a familiar WOOSH She whipped around, just in time to see the blaze that had caught a particularly tall tree, and was quickly spreading. She looked down at the base of the burning tree, and saw some of the Maple/Fire alliance's youngest members, fighting two adult Night Pack Ultra foxes. "EVERYONE OUT!" She yowled. The adult foxes, bigger and stronger than the younger ones, escaped with ease, but they were to late for the younger members. The burning tree toppled over. Scattering burning branches and twigs everywhere. Riverstar reared away with a ROOWW at the sudden burst of heat and light. Squinting her eyes she thought to herself. "How are we going to get them out of there?!"
