They are very similar to regular domesticated house cats. In fact, some are captured and taken into homes to be regular house cats. But there are a few key differences. For one, Forest Felines are a bit bigger then your regular house cat. The smaller ones being the size of a quite large house cat. Most Forest Felines are the around the same as medium sized dogs. 

Another thing is their spine. I know I mentioned this above, but I should probably go into more detail. Forest Felines can have misshapen vertabre in their spine. For the most part either thicker width, or thinner width. When twisted or broken, the cat rarely survives very long (see Orangekit) luckily twisted is a rare occurance among an already pretty uncommon phonomenon in Forest Felines. But when a Forest Feline does have it, one can tell if their vertabre is thinner or wider hy one thing; the spine's shape. You see, Forest Felines with a thinner vertabre's spine droops. Because the vertabre are too thin, with no enough vertabre to support the spinal cord completely. Cats with wider vertabre's spines are usually arched. Because the vertebre are too wide, they have no where to go, and there is too much to match the length of the spinal cored, and that means that the cat's back arches to make their spine fit.

There is no known cure, but plenty of herbs that will help ease the aches and pains that come along with this for older cats.

There is one specific thing I wanna talk about concerning the Kattacas for now. Besides the fact that they're cats with longer necks, legs, and tails with odd fur colors, and fur that grows like hair on their head, when they become King/Queen, allot of things change.

Most kings or queens get a special power along with their new rank. This power has to be unlocked by one of several different ways. One can fight a particularly difficult battle, be particuarly angry, be particuarly scared, and for some, just the realization that they are king is enough for them to realize and unlock their power.

These powers are devided into five seprate catagories, depending on the element they represent.

Fire, Water, Ice, Ground, and finally, Reality.

 A Kattaca King/Queen naturally has one of these elemental powers, and one attack from that power. But with work and training, can learn another one from their power. But to be able to use three from their own element, or two, one from an element not naturally theirs, is an extreme rarity, honoured and respected among Kattaca.


Fire power users are generally brash, loud, opinionated, expressive. Their power generally comes from their strong emotions.

Fur/hair colors gererally assosiated with this power range from white to redish-brown, with several yellows and oranges between.

Fire users can have one or more of four fire related powers, and while disliking water most of the time, are not weak to water based attacks.

Water based users are soft, reserved, shy, quiet, flexible, gentle, kind, understanding. Their water attacks generally come from their soft natures and occasional hesitance to badly injure.

Water users can have one of four water based powers, and while generally disliking the cold, water users are not weak to any specific kind of attack. Coat/hair colors generally range from shades of blue, to shades of grey, though rarely black or white.

Ice based users are, energetic, hyper, happy, kind,  loyal, outgoing, social, friendly, uplifting. Their Ice based powers usually come from their energy and expressiveness, as well as a will to defend their loved ones.

Ice based users don't generally like the heat, but are not weak to fire based attacks. Coat/hair colors range from white, to violet with possible shades of light grey.

Ground based users are cold, serious, reserved, quiet, wise, smart, loyal, manipulative(when they want to be) and creative.

While they dislike water, Ground based users aren't weak to any certain kind of attack. Coat/hair colors range include any shade of yellow, orange, green or brown. Never black, white or blue.

Reality users are kind, understanding, outgoing, wise, reasonable, strong hearted, humorous, social.

Warning: High risk of mental retardation from use of Reality based powers. Due to the nature of most attacks, the confusion of what is real, and what was caused by the user's power has a high risk of insanity, even psycopathy in some.

Reality users are slightly resistant to all other forms of elemental power, though still take damage from it. Their coats generally range from black to white, and any shade of grey in betweeen. Often have bright, or neon hair, or highlights.
