Depends on the situation and amount of intensity required. Normally, in a casual environment, yes, he'd get easily distracted. When times are tense or responsibility is on his shoulders then he tends to be more conscientious.

Absolutely not. Even if by some offhand chance she does like the taste, she knows full well they could be poisonous and isn't willing to risk it.

No, unless the mistake is glaringly obvious xD Otherwise she'd just be like "Nah, they probably know what they're doing."

Never. Tornadopaw was super excited to train, and when she wasn't, Moonflame was twice as hyper for her xDD

No, Willowkit tries to obey as much as possible. But maybe if she had a good reason to she would.

Possibly, if the circumstances were perfect. However, he would put loyalty to the clan first and try not act on his love.

Yeah, definitely.

Would your leader fursona ever perform a ceremony early? (an apprentice ceremony before 6 moons, or warriors ceremony before the apprentice was done training)

In the case of a kit, probably not. But if an apprentice had performed a significant deed of heroism or shown worthiness and ability to be a good warrior, my leader character wouldn't be opposed.
(Keep in mind that I'm not too familiar with Warriors lore and can't remember if there are any big consequences from StarClan for doing so)

Would your leader character allow clan resources to be used for healing a sick or injured member of a rival clan who asks for help?

No. Helping the enemy wouldn't be an option. If the clan that needed help had a friendly history with the leader in the past, that would be different.

Yup, since swimming is very fun. xD It might also help her cool down in hot weather.

Yes, but probably won't have much success.
