Depends on what happened. If it was something that could be life-threatening or whatever, probably, but if it weren't, and she has absolutely nothing to do with it, then no.

Only if they were someone close to her, if it's not a big friend of hers, she wouldn't see why she should do it.

Nope, Willow would believe that everyone does things for a reason, no matter how good or bad the deed is. If the cat is loyal to the clan, then there would be no reason to ban them.

No. Not really xD I mean, maybe she'd have it on her mind for a while. But Twist's faith in StarClan is on very rocky ground so she doesn't outright trust them, or that they say.
