SnowClan: Clan of the Mountains

Blazeshadow twined their tails. "I can't wait."

Icepaw sighed contentedly and nuzzled him. Blazeshadow made her so happy.
After some time passed, she meowed, "I guess we'd better try and get this owl back to camp." Icepaw was sad to break the moment, but knew they should get going. "Looks like we get a free mouse, too," she smiled. She went over to where the owl's talons were still gripping the dead mouse.

Blazeshadow laughed. "Yep. Let's get going."

"Okay. The owl can keep hanging on to the mouse while we haul it onto our backs," Icepaw said, smiling. She tried to get under one side of the owl and lift it up.

Blazeshadow nodded and grabbed the other end of the owl.

Together they carried it through the forest and into the camp. When they came into the main cave, other cats couldn't help but notice the impressive piece of prey. Talonkit took a quick break from his game to come and see, running to them. "Wow! What even is that? Did you really catch it?" he asked them, eyes wide in excitement.

"She caught it." purred Blazeshadow, full of pride for his mate.

Icepaw blushed. "My mentor taught me well," she purred. "And I've never tasted owl either," she chuckled. "Come on, Blazeshadow, let's get this to the pile."

Blazeshadow nodded and helped Icepaw carry it to the pile

Once they set the owl down, Icepaw took the mouse from the owl's talons and added that to the pile too. "I'd love to have a feast tonight, we totally could," she meowed. That would be great for right after a ceremony... she couldn't help but get excited again as she thought.

"I'd love to have a feast with you." he purred.

Icekit poked her head out of the nursery and spotted Icepaw at the fresh kill pile. I wonder if we'll have my apprentice ceremony and her warrior ceremony at the same time?

Spiderkit crept towards Icekit then pounced on her. "Got you!" he purred.

Icepaw purred loudly. "Does Snowstar know that we got back yet?" she asked.

Snowstar happily climbed up the Largestone. "May all cats gather around the Largestone for a Clan meeting!" she purred.

Pebblekit hopped up to Talonkit. "Maybe this gives a hint as to where the feather is," she winked.

Blazeshadow purred. "I take that as a yes."

"Icepaw, please step forward."

Blazeshadow purred and looked at Icepaw

"I, Snowstar, leader of SnowClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Icepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Great StarClan, it's really happening! Icepaw stepped up to Snowstar, aware of her Clanmates watching her. "I do, Snowstar," she meowed confidently.
