Well, it depends on what I'm eating. American food often tastes better with cheese, and I do like it, but authentic Italian cuisine does not go nearly as heavy on the cheese as American cuisine does. In fact, the lasagna that my family makes has barely any cheese on it. We pour homemade meat sauce over ours as a topping instead of melted cheese. Not even authentic Italian pizza has nearly as much cheese as American made pizzas do. There's even a type of pizza that doesn't have any cheese on it, called stria. But then again, some places in Italy use more cheese than others... it all depends on where you go.

But all that aside: yes, I do like some cheese.

I like cheddar and mozzarella and there's this French cheese called brie that's really good and I ate it in French class once :D
