Banjo: *Looks to see where Ness is motioning, then nods* Well, sure! >w>

Richter: *Staaaares right at Robin upon hearing him speak, also noting the Voice Thing* Ô__Ô; ... *Shakes it off* *Looks towards the rocks* Right. I'll just get off of my feet for a bit, then. ōwō *Strolls over to the nearest rock and takes a seat* *Unwinds* -w-

Robin: There you go. >w> Now, where were we? *Stares into the tidal pool again* ... Oh! *Picks up a shiny, vaguely colorful, overall interesting-looking shell* It's not exactly a creature, but... I wonder what sort of thing used to live in a shell like this. :O


Ness: Great! oヮo *Strolls back to the others*

Maria: *Gives Richter a thumbs-up as he goes to rest for a bit* ( >w>)b *Returns attention to Robin* Oooooh, what a pretty shell! 0.0 It must have belonged to something really special!

Lucas: *Also admires the shell* :OOO

Maria's Cat: *Curiously wanders onto the beach* *Sees Richter resting on a rock and walks over to him, letting out a small meow* owo ... *Suddenly hops up onto his lap*


Banjo: *Leisurely strolls back with Ness* x3

Mechanica: *Enthusiastically waves to Ness and Banjo* Heyyy! >w<

Robin: *Keeps examining it for a moment* Hm... ... ... *Holds the shell out to Maria and Lucas* Here, you two can take a look, too, if you want. It's really neat! :D

Richter: *Watches from his seat on the rock right beside everything* c: ... *Is suddenly greeted by Maria's cat, who is in his lap the very next moment* o.o! *Chuckles and pets it with his free hand* >w> ... *Takes a bite of the rib he's holding as he continues to pet the cat*


Ness: Hey! :D *Motions to Banjo* Don't worry; he seems friendly. owo

Maria: OK! ơwơ *Happily accepts the shell from Robin* Thanks, Mister! *Looks at it from various angles* Wowww... *o* It's really nice and shiny!

Lucas: *Reaches over and carefully strokes the shell with one finger* :O

Cat: *Enjoys being petted* <w> *Purrs* ... *Suddenly perks its head up upon realizing Richter has food* owo! *Staaares at the food while still flopped*


Banjo: *Friendly wave* Hey, everyone. >w> Yup... I don't bite. *Lighthearted chuckle*

Byleth: *Has never seen a talking bear, OR a friendly bear, so is now more baffled than anything* o.o;? ... Hello... *Vaguely awkward little wave*
Meiko: :O Hi! :DDD

Robin: It is, isn't it? :D ... *Spots something else* :O Oh, look at this little guy! *Carefully picks up a little crab, which of course proceeds to wave its arms around*

Richter: *Doesn't realize that the cat is eyeing his food* *Just keeps petting it while staring at the crab that Robin just found, laughing a bit at its arm-waving* xD


Pam: Well, this is a first! xD Hey there.

Stahl: Er, hello...! o.O *Is also baffled about the friendly, talking bear*

Maria: !:O *Places the shell back in the pool* *Watches the crab in fascination, giggling slightly* Ahah...! xD Cute!

Lucas: Ah...! That's such a tiny crab...! >v<

Cat: *Rises up somewhat and stretches its head towards Richter's food* owo


Banjo: *Wasn't quite expecting people to seem so baffled* *Tries to put them at ease even more, offering his paw to each of them for a friendly handshake* I'm Banjo--pleased to meet you! >w>

Mechanica: This is so cool...! 0o0 *Happily accepts the handshake* I'm Mechanica! :D *Quickly motions to each of the others with her head* And they're Ness, Pam, Meiko, Byleth, and Stahl!

Meiko: *Is eager to accept the handshake as well* >w< Heh, nice to meet you, too!

Byleth: *Stares at Banjo's extended paw for a moment* o.o ... *Carefully but politely accepts his handshake*

Richter: *Finally notices the cat trying to get his food* ōAō! *Holds the rib out of its reach* Hey, no! This isn't for you! *Takes a big bite of the rib while stretching up to stay out of the cat's reach* >~>


Stahl: *Shakes hand* xD

Pam: *Shakes hand* So, you been enjoying yourself? >w>

Cat: *Rears up and stretches even more, staying in this position for several moments* *Meows vaguely while it stares at the food* 0w0; ... *Eventually gets tired and flops back down, too short to reach* <.>;


Banjo: Absolutely! >w> The food here is pretty great.

Richter: *Sighs with relief when the cat seemingly gives up, chuckling awkwardly* ;xD *Takes another bite of rib* Hey--*gulp*--Maria?

Ness and Stahl: *Chime in in unison* It's free! :D

Maria: *Perks up and turns around* Yes?? owo

Mechanica: *Laughs and proceeds to take a tiny piece of food* *Pops it into her mouth* >3<♪

Richter: Hah... ;xD Thanks. *Gives the cat a little pat* *Takes another massive bite of meat* >w<

Robin: *Was apparently staring into the pool this whole time whaaaaat* :O

Maria: *Giggles* xD Anytime! *Sticks around and starts petting the cat, unable to resist its soft fluffiness* >w>

Lucas: *Was staring into the pool as well, then watching the scene with the cat, and is now staaaring into the pool once again* 030

Richter: *Contentedly gulps down the meat* *Looks towards Robin* Hey, there's a little party or something going on *motions to the barbecue scene* over there, you know. That's where we just came from. >w> Want to come back with us?

Robin: *Was apparently zoning out and staring into the pool again this whole time* :O ... *Is snapped out of it by Richter* o.o! Oh! ... A party, huh? *Looks towards it* Hm... Sure, why not? c: What sort of party is it?

Maria: Well, the host's preparing a bunch of things to eat, so I guess you could call it a food party! owo

Robin: *Amusedly lights up* A food party? xD Well, I suppose I am feeling a little hungry, now that you mention it... Sure, I'd love to head over there. :D

Maria: :D Yay! OK then, right this way! C'mon! *Dashes back to the barbecue area*

Robin: *Is caught a bit off-guard by the speed at which Maria left* o-o! *Awkwardly stands up and starts quickly walking after Maria* Hey, no need to rush! ;xD

Richter: *Quickly rises from his seat on the rock once people start moving* *Is about to take off running after Maria, as if totally forgetting what happened just moments before* ÒwÓ

Cat: *Hops off of Richter's lap as he's getting up* *Trots after Maria* 0w0

Maria: *Within moments, is already back at the table* >w> *Looks around for something small and not too filling to eat*

Lucas: *Turns and starts strolling back with the others* *Notices Richter, who looks like he's about to speed up despite what just happened* o-o! *Forces a vague, awkward little cough and rather hastily speaks, trying to catch his attention and hopefully distract him from running* H-hey, Richter, how's your cramp...?? >v>;

Richter: *Pauses just before he can start running* o~o? Cramp? ... Oh, right. That. It went away pretty quickly once I sat down. >w> I'm alright now. *Is about to take off running again*

Lucas: *Sees Richter about to start running a second time* o~o! *Once again pipes up, even more hastily than the first time* W-w-wait! ... That's good, but maaaybe you should still take it easy for a bit? >v>; Y'know... Just to be safe...

Richter: *Pauses ~again~* ō~ō?? What? Take it easy? What do you mean? *Idly takes another bite from the rib he's holding*

Lucas: *Notices Richter possibly seeming a bit less patient this time* *Slightly awkward pause* ... Like... So you don't cramp up again or anything... >w>;;
