"Perhaps we should just try and get away..." Alph suggested, momentarily glancing up at creature overhead. "We could always return after we've collected some more fruit to retrieve any Pikmin it ends up planting." Though he felt guilty about leaving the Pikmin behind, he kept it in mind that they would be safe where they were, firmly nestled in the ground.

"Sounds like a good plan; any Pikmin that get left behind will be perfectly safe until we return to pluck them out of the ground again," Charlie noted. "Hopefully that Snitchbug will move on by the time we have to come back this way with the fruit, though. We can't have it snatching the Pikmin while they're carrying something back to the Drake."

"Good point..." Alph responded, nodding his head slowly and thoughtfully. "It can't be too likely for it to just stay in the same place forever... hopefully." He added with a soft, almost nervous-sounding chuckle.

"If it does, however, we WILL have to do something about it." Charlie stared up at the creature. "Hopefully, it'll find something better to do instead of doing some gardening with our Pikmin."

"Yeah... I suppose we'll have to wait and see..." Alph trailed off as he watched the Snitchbug hovering about aimlessly overhead, seemingly ready to snatch another Pikmin at any moment. "But for now, let's focus on getting to that food." A look of determination once again crossed his face when he spoke of retrieving their delicious goal.

"Yes, yes; right!" Charlie stood up straight, putting his hands on his hips. "Carry on, Alph; we must keep moving along!"

With a nod of his head, Alph continued to follow the route he had previously planned out on his KopPad, his squad of Pikmin surrounding him as they eagerly scurried along.

Charlie continued marching along as well. "Are we approaching the destination soon, Alph?" he asked, observing their surroundings the whole time.

"Yes, captain," Alph informed, glancing down at his KopPad again. Suddenly, he came to a stop, and his Pikmin did the same. "It should be somewhere around here, in fact..." As he spoke, he scanned the area for any signs of fruit, and soon spotted two shiny strawberries sitting neatly on a nearby ledge. "Oh yes; there it is...!" He exclaimed, his eyes lighting up upon seeing the fruit.

"Sunseed Berries; perfect!" Charlie approached one of the decent-sized fruits, sending three of his Pikmin to carry it back. "This is the perfect kind of fruit to cheer someone up with, too; aren't we lucky?"

"Yeah...! This is quite perfect." Alph chuckled, inching towards the other berry and proceeding to send three Pikmin onto the ledge to retrieve it.

"I'm sure the sight of these treasures coming will chase away whatever's got Brittany feeling so gloomy... Also, I'm looking forward to maybe having a little taste of them tonight, too; we deserve it!" Laughing, Charlie started marching happily back to the Drake, though still kept a watchful eye on the Pikmin loyally carrying their precious find.

"I'm hoping it does...!" Alph responded with a nod as he began marching along eagerly with Charlie and the Pikmin. "... And yes... Perhaps we will get a little taste of these, later." He added in a quiet, somewhat amused voice.

Meanwhile, back by the Drake and the Onion, Brittany, who had been speaking to the Pikmin to cheer herself up, was feeling a lot better. "You little guys are good listeners... Kinda like houseplants. That's totally a compliment, by the way!" she giggled, carefully pulling two Pikmin into a hug. Looking up, she was greeted by the glorious sight of two shiny, ruby-red fruits being hauled towards the Drake. Her face lighting up, she sprang to her feet, scurrying towards the returning crew to investigate. "You guys...! Those look absolutely scrumptious!" she commented cheerily, obviously back to her old self again.
"I had a feeling you'd like our find, Brittany...!" Charlie chuckled warmly, walking out from behind one of the glossy fruits. "And I see you're feeling better, too, by the way. Good!"

As he stepped out from behind the other vivid red fruit, looking quite proud of their find, Alph waved his hand in greeting to Brittany. "Glad to see you feeling better...!" He noted upon seeing her cheerful reaction.

"Aww..." Brittany shuffled her feet a little. "It's nice that you guys were all concerned about how I was feeling back there."
"Of course we were!" Charlie responded, nodding. "A good crew looks out for each other at all times. And that includes cheering each other up when someone's feeling a little down!"

"That's right!" Alph nodded in agreement to Charlie's words as he peacefully observed the Drake beaming up the two glossy berries they had just collected.

"And just so you know... You're welcome to snack on a small portion of one of those Sunseed Berries as soon as you'd like," Charlie informed Brittany. "Seeing as our supply of food that we brought from Koppai stayed intact this time, we can spare a little bit of fruit here and there."
Hearing this, Brittany whirled around to watch as the fruit was beamed into the Drake. "I see..." At this moment, she remembered that she already had a snack stashed away in the ship, all to herself. Oh man; is this really happening? she thought to herself, her mouth watering. Do I really get to eat all of that by myself? Not having to share with ANYONE?

"Yes," Alph nodded his head in agreement to the captain once again. "It sure does feel nice not having to worry so much about our food supply, this time..." He added in with a contented sigh.

"It does, indeed," agreed Charlie, stretching.
"... Excuse me for a moment here." Suddenly, Brittany scurried back to the Drake and boarded it, seemingly trying not to burst out in a fit of excited giggling.
Charlie seemed to almost be somewhat surprised by Brittany's sudden departure into the ship. "Well... That was quick. I guess she couldn't wait for that snack of Sunseed Berry!"

Watching Brittany instantly head back into the Drake, Alph chuckled, soundly slightly surprised as well. "I guess not...!" He noted in amusement.

"Well, I suppose we should head around and see if we can do anything else useful before sunset," Charlie suggested, looking in the direction of some unexplored territory. "Exploring unexplored areas might be a good idea; it'll fill in more of our map."

"Good idea," Alph agreed as he called a few more Pikmin out of the Onion to join his squad. "We do have a fair amount of time left until the sun starts to set..." He noted as he glanced up at the sky, which still had quite a bit of light left in it for now.

"That we do, but remember that the sunset can sneak up on you quickly!" Charlie blew his whistle, making sure that there were no idle Pikmin left behind in the area. "We have to be prepared to drop whatever we're doing, locate any stray Pikmin, and head right back to the Drake at any time."

"Of course, captain," Alph replied. "Let's just hope that we don't run into any sticky situations while we're out there..." He added with a small, almost slightly nervous-sounding chuckle.
