Trapped: An RP by Glimmer

Glimmerwing nodded. "Nice to meet you." She paused, and her eyes grew serious as she glanced out the square in the wall. "Listen, this is important. We need to come up with some sort of plan to get out of here."

Vinetail decided it would be best to return to the beach around the Twoleg's hunting time... whenever that was. He wanted to check on his newfound allies. When he reached the house, he saw them, along with 2 other cats and what appeared to be some type of living shadow.

He was a bit spooked, but decided that the shadow was safe, because the others were talking to it with no sign of conflict.

"Oh, hello!" Vinetail called. "Are you lost here too? We all woke up here this morning with no memory of going here and no idea of how to get out."

Glimmerwing nodded. "This is Vivian, and this is Whiskers, and the Siamese is Skippy," she explained.

"The pleasure is all mine." Vinetail said. "I'm Vinetail! Is there anything any of you can remember that could help us?"

Vivian was about to ask what a "Twoleg" was when another cat with an extremely long tail strolled in. "Hello, Vinetail. I can't say that I do… All I remember is waking up and finding myself here."

"Hi, Vinetail." Skippy said. "And, no...the last thing I remember is falling asleep on the couch."
"The last thing I remember is being woken up by Skippy's yowling." noted Whiskers.
Roseblossom sighed. "So it's official: We have no idea how we got here, or what to do."

"Well I closely looked, and I've seen no signs of Twolegs living here. This island may very well be abandoned... I mean, other than us." Vinetail said.

"Well, if nobody lives here, who brought us here, then?" Whiskers wondered.

Glimmerwing took a closer look around the room. The ground was hard; she assumed it was made of some kind of wood.  The huge item she had fallen off of earlier was a gigantic rock, but, strangely, it was very soft, kind of like her nest back at the LightningClan camp, but a lot bigger.
She looked out the small hole in the wall again. The fog had cleared up, and she could now see the water, slowly coming towards the den, but then it pushed itself back out. It did the same routine over and over again, and it was an interesting thing to watch.
Suddenly, Glimmerwing wondered, How much water IS that, anyway? I don't know...maybe there's a chance we CAN swim across...?

"Well, if we can't escape, maybe we can just live here?" Whiskers suggested.

Oh, who am I kidding...I can't swim in shallow water anyways. Glimmerwing shook her head frantically. "No way! I can't live knowing that LightningClan is out there somewhere...and everyone probably thinks we're dead. No...no, I can't live here..." She collasped onto the ground, hopeless.

"Well, sitting here moping won't help us find our Clans... maybe there are some clues to what happened somewhere around here?" Vinetail suggested.

"Good idea, Vinetail." Roseblossom said. "Skippy, Whiskers. Since you know more about Twoleg dens than us, you can help."
Skippy and Whiskers looked at each other. "Okay." Skippy meowed.

Glimmerwing stood up and shook her head, clearing her thoughts. "Uh...right...okay. I guess it's worth a shot."

Black woke up. He wondered why he wasn't at home in his tiny cage, but he decided this, whatever it was, was his big chance for an adventure. He looked around at everybody. "Woah, creatures! Hi, everyone!!!" he yapped. "Woah, this is a cool place!" He leapt off of the bed. He was suprised to notice a lot of cats, two of them of which he recognized. "Omagosh SKIPPY!" He ran toward him. "What brings you here? Long time no see!"
"Just my luck." Skippy rolled his eyes. He hated it when Black was annoying him. Sometimes he was okay, though, but usually he just got on Skippy's nerves.
"I know right!!! It's lucky to be with you, too!!" He licked Skippy's face.
Whiskers couldn't help but laugh.

Vivian was about to ask what a Twoleg was again when a black, jumpy puppy jumped out of nowhere. "Woah!" she yelped, startled. Calming herself down, she took a deep breath and a small sigh. "Hello; I'm Vivian. What's your name?" the Shadow inquired with a more peaceful tone in her once-more soothing voice.

"Hi!" Black yapped in that way chihuahuas do. "I'm Black! I'm Skippy's best friend!! Arf arf!!!!"

"Hello, there," Vivian replied with a small, warm, laugh, the kind she'd always secretly wished Mario might love her for. She knew she could do absolutely nothing to get his love now—even if she were back home, she wouldn't ever see him again, and even if she could see him, he still wouldn't love her.

Black yapped happily at Vivian, in the way that Skippy often called 'irritating'.

Vivian tried to smile, despite all the sadness going on in her head. It was all she could do. It was all she'd ever done; try to smile because nobody would accept her crying.

{Skippy logic: Finds it acceptable if he meows in the morning, but is irritated by Black's barking. o3o}
Black ran up to Roseblossom, Glimmerpaw, and Vinetail. "So, who are you all?" he barked.
"Um...I'm Roseblossom..." Roseblossom said. She wasn't sure if she could trust this puppy or not.

Suddenly and awkwardly spacing out, Vivian found herself in a terribly emotional state. It was as if the real world was beginning to fade away, leaving her only with a false reality…
In that false reality, Vivian was reliving everything. Every single thing she'd ever felt, from the moment she'd met Mario to the moment she'd met the shadow, her sisters tormenting her, and even when she had to say goodbye, flashed through her mind. Slowly, she tried to say something, but she couldn't tell what exactly she was saying, and she couldn't hear anything, yet everything was so loud and so quiet all at the same time.
She didn't want this! How she wished from time to time to just rewrite her life; to change it. If she'd never had to be hated by Beldam. If she'd never fallen in love with Mario. What would have happened then? Would the world really be different? Did everything balance solely on her pain?
Upon thinking about it, she sadly discovered that the answer to her questions was a yes. It would be different. The world may have never been saved from the evil Shadow Queen, who had always seemed somewhat and vaguely familiar to Vivian, but she couldn't quite place her finger on it. All of a sudden, though, reality called back to her, and her fake universe vanished immediately.
Vivian suddenly realized that she was crying. She could feel the wet, salty tears rolling down her face. "… Oh… oh, my gosh… I'm so sorry… I don't know what just happened…" She wiped them from her eyes. "… I have no idea… I was just here one moment, and the world faded away…" She got up and calmed herself back down. "… C—carry on."

"Are you okay, Vivian?" Skippy asked.
Skippy can take it from here. He's a good guy; he'll help her. Black thought. And while he's doing that, I can talk to these other cats! It's a win/win!
