They took a flower and started eating it. Gatorpaw thought it was kinda gross, but he kept munching on it. After he finished his, he picked another flower and nudged it toward Rainpaw.

"Thank you," Rainpaw purred. She settled next to him and stared eating it, taking as quick bites as she could. When she was finished she asked, "Did everyone eat one now? We're all gonna be alright?"

"I think so." Secretpaw mewed.
"Yeah," Sam said. "The cat said we'd be okay if we ate one, so I think we'll be okay."
"Of course we'll be alright, Rainpaw." Gatorpaw purred.

"Oh, thank StarClan! I was so worried." She briefly nuzzled Gatorpaw. "Can we please go home now?" Rainpaw asked everyone.

Rainpaw sighed with relief. "Yes, I cant wait to get home and get a rest from all the panic." We could have all been dead... I just wanna get home. And be whisked away with Gatorpaw and forget all this.

"Yeah." Lynxpaw mewed. Besides, we don't want Mysticstar to find out what we've been up to. He didn't say it out loud because he didn't want to scare anybody further.

"I don't know the way home, this place makes me dizzy." Rainpaw said. "Sam and Sandshadow, can you lead us back?"

"Okay." Sam mewed. He started walking in a random direction.
Gatorpaw rolled his eyes. "Real warriors follow the scent trails they left behind instead of trying to find the way themselves, Sam." he meowed. "If you were anything like a Clan cat, you'd know that."

"Gosh, it's hard to recognize anything in this place!" she complained.

Rainpaw continued on with the others, not far from Gatorpaw's side. When we get home, all I want is to curl up in my nest next to Gatorpaw. I hope he'll wanna share my nest with me... my excuse can be that I need comforting after the scare for my life. She thought, smiling.

Sandshadow noticed Rainpaw's pelt brushing up against Gatorpaw's as she smiled. I hope he loves her back... I wouldn't want to have to see Rainpaw's heart broken. He smiled at the two slightly. But I think he will love her.

Gatorpaw looked at Rainpaw. Come on, stop being scared! he thought. You and her have been through all this together! You can't just sit there and let her go with someone else! Do SOMETHING so she knows you like her!
