Majiskull - The RP (Whitefeather and Mistystar)

Alexa followed, dumping her leftovers in the bin without a second thought. "Welp... Let's get outta here," she spoke, stretching a bit, then started heading for the door at a relatively relaxed pace.

With a nod, Mandy slowly followed after Alexa, feeling quite thankful that her friend wasn't moving overly quickly. "I wonder if Sam and Gabs are back at the hotel, yet..." she idly wondered aloud as they made their way to the door.

"Probably," Alexa responded, pushing the door open. "... Hang on; lemme ask." Leaning against the door to keep it open for her friend, she took out her phone, then typed and sent a text message to Gabby.

"hey gabs r u and sam @ the hotel yet??"

"'Kay," Mandy responded as she stepped outside, lightly dipping her head in thanks to Alexa for holding the door open.

Gabby was once again quick to respond to Alexa's text.

"yea we've been here for a lil while now"

"kk thx we'll b there soon"

After replying to Gabby's text, Alexa left the building with Mandy. "Yep, they're there already," she told her as she continued to stare at her phone, this time going to use it to call a taxi.
By now, it was basically nighttime, and the streets were bathed in the warm glow of the streetlights.

"Alright; cool," Mandy replied in a relaxed tone, gently leaning against the wall and idly gazing around while Alexa called a taxi.

(POV SWITCH WOO)

Back at the hotel, Samantha sat upon the couch, with an expression of either boredom or thoughtfulness; it was difficult to tell for sure. She happened to look out the window, then turned her attention to a random clock on the wall. "Huh... It's gettin' a bit late," she noted. "Hope the others are almost here..."

Gabby, who had just been pacing back and forth in boredom for a little while now, glanced over at the clock when she heard Samantha. "Oh man, yeah..." she agreed, scurrying to the window to keep watch for Alexa and Mandy. "They've gotta be back, soon...!"

"Hm... Hang on; I'm gonna give Mandy a call and see where they are."
Samantha reached over, grabbed her phone off of an end table, then proceeded to call Mandy. Raising the phone to her ear, she calmly awaited a response. She wasn't overly worried, since she did have trust in her bandmates.

(By the way, we can say that the POV switch also came with a tiny timeskip.)

"OK; good idea," Gabby responded, her gaze still focused outside as she spoke.

"Heya, Sam," Mandy responded to Samantha's call in a laid-back voice, almost to the point of sounding somewhat sleepy. "What's up...?"

"Hey, Mandy," Samantha greeted in return to her friend, glad to hear her not sounding stressed. "I couldn't help noticing it gettin' dark, so... Are you and Alex on your way back, or...?"

"Yep; we're taking a taxi right now," Mandy responded, going quiet for a brief moment as she glanced outside. "... Oh hey, looks like we're just about there, actually," she noted.

"Great! Guess I'll be seein' ya in a sec, then," Samantha responded to Mandy with a smile. "Welp, I'm gonna let you go. I look forward to hearin' about that burrito place you guys went to once you get here."

"O-oh, yeah... Hah..." Mandy suddenly sounded slightly uncomfortable when Samantha brought up the burrito restaurant. "... Anyway, byeee...!" she added abruptly. Judging by her tone, it was very likely that she wore an awkward grin on her face as she spoke.

At that moment, Gabby, still staring outside, perked up. "Heyyy, look! I can see 'em pulling in!" she piped up, pointing in the direction of a taxi. Through its window, she just managed to spot Alexa and Mandy.

"Huh...? Is everyth-...?" Samantha was surprised by Mandy's suddenly-uncomfortable tone, but as she was about to ask her what was wrong, she found herself being cut off by a sudden farewell. Then, she heard Gabby speak up, and momentarily looked towards the window. She decided that it would be a far better idea to ask Mandy about what had happened once she was inside.
"Er, b-bye," Samantha responded awkwardly, then hesitantly hung up. After placing her phone on the end table, she rose to her feet, then went to join Gabby at the window. As she silently watched, she wore a serious, uneasy expression, wondering what could have happened.

Once they had arrived, Alexa stepped out of the taxi--after giving the driver a hefty tip, of course. "Hey, Mandy, do you remember where our suite's window was?" she asked Mandy, her gaze scanning the building's many windows. "I wonder if the others are wa-... YEEEEEP, there they are!" Having just spotted Samantha and Gabby in one of the windows, she greeted them with a wave.

Mandy slowly slid out of the taxi, pausing to scan the rows of windows, as well. Then, spotting Samantha and Gabby a moment after Alexa had, she also waved a little in greeting, giving a friendly smile.

Noticing Alexa and Mandy waving at her and Samantha, Gabby instantly returned the greeting with an enthusiastic wave of her own. "Haha, looks like they found us already...!" she commented with a bit of laugh.

Seeing the others wave at her and Gabby lessened Samantha's worrying somewhat. "Yep," she spoke in response to Gabby's remark as she, too, waved back at the others with a smile.

"Heh, they look fine... I was wondering if they were going nuts or not yet, hanging out in that dump," Alexa stated with a little laugh. "Meh, speaking of, we'd better get up there..." Suddenly, she quickly walked up to the building, then pushed her way through the revolving door.

"Heh... I kinda was, too," Mandy responded, chuckling a little, herself. She was glad to see that Samantha and Gabby actually seemed quite content, despite having waited around for so long in their rather shabby suite. "But yeah... We should," she agreed, following along at a noticeably slower speed. Given her current, extremely-stuffed feeling, she couldn't bring herself to move much faster, and she quickly found herself being left behind. "W-waaaiiit..." she called out somewhat softly to her friend.

Alexa froze halfway through the door, turning to look back when she heard Mandy calling to her. "Oh... right. Sorry," she apologized, biting her lip slightly. Then, after pushing the rest of the way through the door, she stood and waited for her friend, watching with a bit of a concerned look.

"Hmm..."
When she noticed Mandy's obvious sluggishness, Samantha's worry returned. Without another word, she made her way to the door, stepping out into the hall to wait for the others.

Quickly, Gabby scurried into the hall after Samantha, wanting to wait along with her.

Slowly, Mandy made her way to the door, catching up with Alexa. "Th-thanks," she spoke in a gentle, slightly embarrassed tone, stepping inside the building.

"No prob... You gonna be OK, there?" Alexa asked Mandy, her tone and expression vaguely unsettled. "We're about to take the elevator, so... uh... yeeeeaaah."

"O-oh, uh... Probably..." Mandy responded, sounding just a little uncertain. With a subtle, almost vaguely nervous laugh, she ambled in the direction of the elevator.

"Oooookay..." Unsure of what to expect, Alexa slowly headed to the elevator with Mandy, then pressed the button and waited. "... I'll try not to laugh too hard if you do end up... y'know... ralphing," she told her, chuckling awkwardly. She honestly wasn't sure how to feel right now; the part of her that cared about Mandy's well-being was at all-out war with the part of her that loved laughing at people in such awkward situations.

"Hah... A-alright... Thanks...?" Mandy replied, beginning to chuckle in a similarly awkward fashion. Staring at the door in front of them, she quietly wondered when the elevator would be arriving, partially bracing herself for the moment where they stepped on.

(Teeny tiny timeskip yeeeeeee)

Meanwhile, Samantha grew increasingly uneasy as she stood and waited in the hall. She kept her gaze locked in the direction of the elevator, hoping to see Mandy and Alexa appear at any moment now.

Thankfully, at this moment, the elevator doors opened.
